Our coffee is a full bodied, medium dark roast, blended from high grade beans directly sourced from co-operatives that work with indigenous and small scale farmers in South America.
Roasted and blended locally we call our blend ‘Castle Hill’, after the iconic Huddersfield landmark.
Cappuccino
Espresso topped with velvety textured milk leaving a dense foam top. Dusted with chocolate if desired.
Latte
Espresso topped with velvety steamed milk with only a thin foam top. A long milky coffee.
Flat White
A full flavoured coffee, with a double shot Ristretto (an espresso with less water, more flavour) topped with velvety smooth foamed milk.
Espresso
Small, rich intense black coffee, topped by a hazelnut coloured “crema”.
Espresso macchiato
Espresso topped with a little foam milk.
Americano
A long espresso coffee with cold milk if desired.

Espresso with the addition of syrup of your choice and foamed milk. Hazelnut, Caramel, Vanilla, Chocolate Mint and Salted Caramel.
Hot Chocolate Deluxe
Smooth hot chocolate topped with whipped cream, marshmallows and a chocolate flake.
